We strive to ensure that your item(s) are shipped as safely and efficiently as possible. Please be sure to note the following details below regarding how and when your item(s) will ship.
We are proud to offer FREE curbside delivery across the contiguous United States! Please note that this services is not currently available to international Freight Forwarders, Military Bases, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, or PO Boxes. However, if you have a specific request or would like a quote from one of our partner freight carriers, our Customer Care Team would be happy to review it with you. As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 6 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping to Remote Access Locations:
Some remote access locations such as rural areas, islands, toll bridge access areas, ferry access areas, etc. may be subject to a remote access delivery charge. If your home is in a remote location and has special delivery needs, such as requiring a specific type of truck, please notify us when placing your order. If additional charges apply, we will request your approval prior to shipment. At Lavender Moon Loft Beds, we are just as excited for you to receive your products as you are! We want your delivery experience to be as seamless as possible so that you can begin enjoying your furniture. As such, we provide several delivery options that you can select based on your preferences:
1) FREE Curbside Delivery:
- The driver will place the shipment securely in your location's curb.
- The product will be kept in its original packaging and there is no assembly provided with this service.
- It is not the driver's responsibility to inspect the packaging and product prior to the driver departing.
- It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the packaging and product prior to the driver departing.
- If the packaging or product appears damaged in any way, please refer to our Returns / Damages Policy for instructions on how to proceed.
- Merchandise cannot be delivered without a signature.
- The shipping company will call in advance to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Note: If you have made an appointment and no one is there at the scheduled date/time, the shipping company will not be able to delivery your purchase and you will be charged a re-delivery fee before attempting a second delivery.
2) Premium White Glove Delivery:
- Lets you sit back and relax while your furniture is placed inside your room of choice! Some might say it's a must have :) If interested in this service, simply select the "Premium White Glove" shipping option during checkout for a flat fee of $150.
- Includes carrying the product up to 2 flights of stairs from the threshold.
- Includes complete unpacking of the item as well as packaging removal.
- Upon delivery, please inspect your item(s) and if the packaging or product appears damaged in any way, please refer to our Returns / Damages Policy for instructions on how to proceed. Please be sure to note any damages on the Proof of Delivery receipt that you will be asked to sign, as well as take photographs.
- Please note that assembly is not included with this service. Furniture assembly can be purchased as a Premium Add-On Service as noted below.
Premium Add-On Services:
As a premium add-on service for our customers, we partner with local professional installers to offer you the option of adding expert furniture assembly to your order. You can find a button to add it to your order on any product page, just beneath the Add to Cart button.
Expert Furniture Assembly:
- Flat fee of $399
- Includes professional, expert installation and/or assembly services for the specific items included in your order
- Work is guaranteed for up to 30 days after completion, to ensure your satisfaction with the work performed
Please also note the following:
- Professionals are not expected to haul away packing or unwanted items
- Once your installation date/time has been scheduled, you can reschedule for free up to 24 hours prior to the appointment
- Rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to the appointment may incur fees from the provider
- If the appointment is missed, cancelled or rescheduled less than 2 hours before your scheduled time, the provider is unfortunately unable to provide a refund for the services
